At Roxy Shop, we want you to love your beachwear as much as we love designing it. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our hassle-free returns policy makes it easy to exchange or return items within 15 days of delivery.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are:
- In original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on swimwear bottoms, one-piece swimsuits, or rashguards unless they are defective. All swimwear must be tried on over underwear.
How to Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include your order number.
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached.

USA - Track Your Return: We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Policy

International Returns
For our international customers (excluding certain Asian and remote areas):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
